Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days.
• Destination: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
• Carriers & Transit: Once your order leaves our studio, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow standard carrier transit times for your package to arrive.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Final Sale Policy: Because every Heart and Home drop features unique, strictly limited-edition quantities, all sales are final. We cannot accept standard returns, exchanges, or guarantee item replacements due to our limited inventory.
• Transit Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at [ heartandsoulan@gmail.com ]

Include your order number and clear photos of how the package and item arrived.

• Resolutions: Because items from limited drops may be completely sold out and unreplaceable, verified transit-damaged items will be issued a full refund to your original payment method. We do not issue store credit.
